Fix Welcome Dialog interfering with Update Manager #7827

  • The welcome dialog is now shown before showing anything else.
  • The auto update will be delayed until the welcome dialog was closed

Furthermore:

  • Simplifies some code and fixes a log message in the update manager
  • Unifies the displayed (translateable) string for verbose time displays (Last played in game list and time difference in update manager message box)
